1. Order Processing
All orders are packed and dispatched within 3–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after you receive your order‑confirmation email.
2. Shipping Coverage (India Only)
We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes within India.
Shipping is 100 % FREE on every order—no minimum cart value.
After dispatch, delivery generally takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Remote and extra‑urban areas may require a few extra days.
At present, we do not offer expedited or same‑day delivery services.
3. Cash‑on‑Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most pincodes across India.
No minimum order for COD.
The courier will attempt delivery twice; please keep the exact amount ready to avoid delays.
4. Shipping Partners & Tracking
Orders are routed through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, and India Post.
As soon as your sarees are on their way, you’ll receive a shipping‑confirmation email containing a live tracking link. Tracking details typically activate within 24 hours.
5. Delivery Issues & Damages
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with:
Record an unboxing video clearly showing the outer packaging and affected items.
Contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email (details below) and quote your order number.
We’ll arrange a prompt replacement once the claim is verified.
Kashi Sarees is not liable for packages marked delivered by the courier. Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and secure.
6. Undeliverable & Returned Shipments
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we’ll reach out to confirm an updated address and arrange reshipment. Additional transit time may apply.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to amend or cancel? Message us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your sarees will already be in processing and may not be editable.
