Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return / Exchange Window

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by the courier’s tracking status.

  • After 7 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, your saree must:

  1. Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  2. Have all original labels, tags, and packaging intact (including the Kashi Sarees box/bag and tissue wrap).

  3. Be accompanied by the order invoice or confirmation email.

3. Non‑Returnable Items

Certain categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include (but are not limited to):

  • Items marked SALE or purchased with a discount code.

  • Customised products (e.g., fall‑pico, blouse‑stitching, tassel work).

  • Gift cards or voucher purchases.

  • Sarees flagged as Non‑Returnable on the product page at checkout.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

We stand by the quality of our hand‑woven sarees. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  1. Record an unboxing video and take clear photos of the defect.

  2. Email support@kashisarees.com or WhatsApp **+91‑8175956443 **within 48 hours of delivery, quoting your order number.

  3. Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund as per your preference.

5. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

  1. Contact our support team by email or WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for return/exchange.

  2. We’ll generate a Return Authorisation (RA) number and share the pick‑up schedule / self‑ship instructions.

  3. Reverse pick‑ups are available for most pincodes. Where unavailable, you may be asked to self‑ship to our warehouse; keep the courier receipt—it’s needed for reimbursement.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defect/damage / wrong item: We cover all return shipping charges.

7. Refunds

  • Upon receipt and quality‑check of the returned saree, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, etc.). Bank processing times may vary.

  • If you paid Cash‑on‑Delivery, refunds are issued as:

    • Bank transfer to the account details you provide (within 7 business days).

8. Exchanges

  • Like‑for‑like exchanges (same price or higher) are shipped free once your original saree passes QC.

9. Repeat Returns & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse service to customers exhibiting an unusually high number of returns, or any signs of policy misuse.
